Meditation. Enemies That Make Us Stronger

Having a cause you believe in gives you the courage and will to move forward. Having too many allies makes you dependent; therefore vulnerable. I’d like to offer you practicing and exercise meditation to realize this principle deeper and to recognize who your true friends are.

Join me in this exercise where I revise the role of people who at one time was once my enemy. But they are actually my friends because I was actually able to improve myself. “Discomfort is the man’s best friend”. So he has to use his internal energy inside to active his potentials inside to allow him to become wiser, better, more patient and more purposeful. These very difficult situations help you to grow.

This meditation is useful to repeat every day and you may start to see the light of the comfort you get from these people. Join me as I give you insights on how to meditate better.
