How to balance yourself after hard work. Life without stress

If you want to balance yourself after hard work, you can do several things:

1) go to the contrast shower or lay down 15 min in the bath with special relaxation mucis
2) change your dress, because it holds the vibrations of the last day and others peope whom you have met during a day
3) do yoga during 30 min for balance yin and yang video class
4) do meditation for 10-15 min to sri-yantra or gyud
5) smile to yourself in to the mirrow
6) listen the special music for good sleep
