Dear ladies, I think this topic is very-very important to everyone! Thats why I share here with strong intention to warn you in advance. Today I have met a woman who was so tires from her business, that she didnt want to do it anymore even she needs money to pay back her credits.
Anna told me that during last 10 years she had lost health, happy relationships and started to drink too much whiskey. Her husband told her once that she is married not with him, but with her business and thats why he found another woman, who was more closer. Anna was crying, telling me that her children believe that their father left family because of her.
Unfortunately this is not the single story. Very often it is difficult to find the balance between business and family and you need a huge ammount of energy to manage your life. How to be successfull business-woman and happy wife and good mother for your children at the same time.

Sure you have already great experince about this, but still need some advice. Ok. First I will share what NOT TO DO
1) do not drink alсohol even you are late home and too much tired
2) do not yell at your children even they didn’t eat dinner or created chaos in the children’s room
3) do not eat sandwich from MacDonalds (sorry for this
ok, lets start from these points otherwise you will skip me and will not read till the end
AND NOW, WHAT TO DO:
1) Leave the role of director or manager at the door before you enter your home
2) Smile to your relatives and show that you are happy to be with them
3) Let the dog lick you, children – to hang upon thee, and husband – to hug you and kiss
4) Go to contrast shower (hot and cold), and after put on a beautiful house dress
5) Do purification energy exercise to get rid of all negative influences, energies, emotions and situations after the working day
6) Do yoga together with your children or husband before go to sleep and you will receive the best time at night with your attentive and charming husband
